General Terms and Conditions of Sale

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

"Takeaway/We/Us/Our" means Deshi Indian Restaurant;

"Website" means www.deshifood.co.uk

"Application" means the Deshi Indian Restaurant mobile application that you use for placing food orders

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If you wish to place an order with us, our Website/Application will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order, you will be given the opportunity to review and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order and read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting it. If you are unsure about any part, please contact us for clarification.


Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email and/or webpage confirming receipt of your order. This will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation (via SMS, email, or other appropriate digital means) that your order has been dispatched. Only the goods listed at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.


Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on the Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel your order.

If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery charges may apply and will be clearly displayed and included in the total cost.


Payment

Once the goods have been dispatched and confirmation has been sent, the payment received will be applied to the value of the goods purchased.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery and collection times are estimates only. We aim to deliver within the timeframe provided but cannot guarantee exact times.

Order Cancellation and Amendments

Once an order is confirmed and payment is taken, it cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.

Compensation

If you are unhappy with the quality of food or service, please contact Deshi Indian Restaurant directly to raise a complaint and follow our complaint procedures where applicable.

Consumers will benefit from any mandatory provisions of law in their country of residence.
